Pricing

Three tiers. Real numbers. Pick on the call, not alone.

Subscriptions cover the speed-to-lead system: every call and form answered within a minute and booked onto your calendar. One-time setup gets it built and tested. The monthly fee runs and maintains it. Add-on services are quoted separately.

These are anchors, not a menu to pick from unassisted. A solo clinic with light lead flow doesn't need Full System. A four-partner firm with a stale 400-name client list is underbuying at Core. We'll recommend one on the call based on what you tell us.

The honest part

Yes, the software is cheap. Here's what you're actually paying for.

The system runs on GoHighLevel, a paid CRM platform used by thousands of agencies. Its entry plan is about $97 a month, and a single business could technically run on it. We'd rather tell you that than have you find out later.

What that price doesn't include is the 15 to 30-plus hours of build work: writing conversation scripts that don't sound robotic, wiring every trigger, connecting the calendar, testing every branch a caller can take. Then keeping it working as the platform changes features, which it does often.

If you'd enjoy doing that yourself, you should. If you'd rather it just work, that's the retainer.

What the monthly fee doesn't cover

  • Paid advertising

We don't run ads. The system works on the inquiries you already get. If you want more of them, see the outbound lead generation add-on.

  • Add-on projects

Website redesigns, custom automation builds, and outbound campaigns are quoted separately as one-time projects or their own monthly line.

  • Metered messaging

Text-message and AI usage is metered by the carriers and the platform. For most small practices it's a small line item. We'll show you the estimate for your volume on the call.

The 30-day launch guarantee

We build it, we test every path before it goes live, and you get 30 days after launch to see it working. If in that window it isn't doing what we said, catching leads and booking consults, we fix it at no charge or you walk away from the retainer. No long contract holding you in.

We guarantee the system works as designed. We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, clients, or revenue, and we won't pretend otherwise. The setup fee is non-refundable once build work begins.

Questions

The things people ask before they book the call

Can't I just buy GoHighLevel myself and set this up?

You can. The entry plan is about $97 a month and we'll never pretend otherwise. What you'd be taking on is the 15 to 30-plus hours of build and testing, then ongoing upkeep as the platform changes. If that sounds like a good weekend, do it. If not, that's what the retainer is for.

Is there a long contract?

No. The setup fee is due at signing and the monthly fee starts the day the system goes live. After the 30-day guarantee window, it runs month to month and either side can end it with short written notice.

How long until it's live?

A few weeks from the onboarding call, depending on how fast we get access to your phone number, calendar, and forms. You'll get a specific date on the call. Nothing touches a real lead until you've seen it run and approved it in writing.

Will it sound like a robot talking to my clients?

It isn't there to replace a real conversation. It covers the moments nobody is available at all: 11pm, lunch, when the phone is already ringing. We write every script in your voice and you approve every line before launch. Anything it can't handle is handed straight to you or your team.

What if it says something wrong or embarrassing?

It answers a defined set of things: hours, general pricing, services, booking. Anything outside that gets handed off rather than guessed at. It never gives legal, medical, or financial answers. It gets the person on your calendar to talk to a human about those.

I'm not technical. Will I be able to manage this?

You're not managing it. That's the retainer. We build it, watch it, and adjust it. Your part is a five-minute look at your calendar whenever you want to check in.

Do you have clients I can talk to?

We're early, and we'd rather say that than fake a portfolio. What we can do instead is show you the exact math on your own numbers and structure the deal so you're not locked in if it doesn't perform. That's what the 30-day guarantee is for.

Is it legal to text people like this?

The system only ever responds to people who contacted your business first: a call, a form, a message. That's consent-based inbound contact, the opposite of the cold outreach that TCPA and Florida's FTSA restrict. Outbound campaigns are a separate service with their own rules, and we don't text cold lists.

What happens to my data?

Your leads, contacts, and conversations stay in your own account and belong to you. We don't sell, share, or reuse them. If we part ways, we export your data or hand over the account on your instruction.

Do you also do outbound lead generation?

Yes, as an add-on. Verified lead lists and cold-email campaigns for your vertical, with replies routed into the same pipeline.
